Clean hotel, friendly English speaking staff and easy check in process. The room is clean will well thought out amenities like kettle. The staff are very kind and helped retain one of our bags since we were returning a week later. They have an option to weigh your baggage at front desk. If you are able to book rook with breakfast, do opt for it. It is difficult to find places in Tokyo/ Japan with warm continental breakfast in mornings. The breakfast was lovely. The all day coffee is also a great option. If you bring takeaway you can eat at their collaboration/ coffee space, as your room is too small to have a meal without getting messy. Centrally located to Akhibhara station ( 500m) and Asakusabasi station (12 min walk) There is a family mart nearby for all your basic needs,. including a good cold sandwich selection Tip : At the Family Mart, you can also courier luggage using the Takkyubin service between cities. We used it for Tokyo to Kyoto and back. Worth the ~2500 yen per medium size trolley. It's a hassle to travel with trolleys in the subway / trains. Look up online on how to avail it and fill the form. Our best investment in Japan.

The hotel is within short walking distance to the subway and JR trains, with a lot of eateries along the way. The convenience stores Family Mart and 7 Eleven within 50 metres are great for last minute hunger pangs and stock up, and purchase of electrical and personal effects. The air conditioning and heater are solid and the WiFi is very strong and fast. The hotel will store your luggage if you arrive in the morning so that you can spend a good day before checking in at the end of the day. Backpacks with laptops or cameras will be kept in the office for safety. You can also store your luggage after you checked out and collect in the afternoon. Coffee is free all day long and your towels and free to use pyjamas can be changed daily if you wish to. The surrounding shopping malls and many shops are more than sufficient if you do not intend to travel down to central or the shopping district. The hotel is family friendly and the showers are great. Would recommend this hotel for singles or couples or groups. The good quality mattresses will give one a good night sleep.

Considering hotels in Tokyo are generally smaller; I love their design to maximize space, allowing you to put luggage at the compartment below the bed - imagine the space of 1 large luggage (30") per bed which you can slot underneath. Very clean space; nice white sheets and free pajamas. Fully functional bathroom and shower - collect amenities at the lobby. I did not try their breakfast but it will be charged to the room and paid only during check-out. They do allow you to have your breakfast (we bought from the Family Mart just across the street) at the available coffee tables at lobby. Staff will help to store your luggage before check-in time and after check-out - this is a positive. A little walk to the station (nearest is 5 mins for Hibiya; while main JR Akihabara is around 10 mins away). Quiet neighbourhood away from the buzz - but Electric Town is on the opposite.

Hotel was walking distance to Akihabara Sta. Family mart and 7E, Indonesian restaurant, kebab stalls are nearby. Laundromat on 2nd floor of hotel helps a lot. Do note most washer is limited to 5kg. The cafe offers free coffee to in house guest (I think) but I did not make use of the opportunity. Receptionist helped me to book a taxi when I had to check out early morning at 6am. We booked a twin room with extra bed for 3 pax. The mattresses were on tatami platform which we enjoyed with a view on 14th floor. It was pure luck we got this room 5 months before our trip as it was previously sold out! I snapped it up once I saw there's room available! Staying in akihabara was perfect choice as it was near to ginza, ueno etc. We took cab from hotel to Keisei Ueno station cost about 1300 yen and then skyliner to Narita for departure. Hence it was worthwhile to me with 4 luggages.

The location was great, a 5 minute walk from Akihabara Train Station. Easy to roll our big suitcases down the footpaths. Reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We stayed on the 7th floor in a connecting room as we had 5 adults. The two rooms were very comfortable, clean and well maintained. There was minimal noise from outside. Amenities provided were the normal shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, comb/brush and pajamas. We arrived early and the hotel was kind enough to look after our luggage whilst we went out exploring. The check in process was very simple, as was the check out process. It was definitely a memorable stay and we will certainly visit again in the future!
